RANA MURATOGLU
INSTRUCTOR / CO-OWNER
Rana began training under Justin Hanlin in 2010. As an aspiring tennis player, Rana’s original interest in cross training was geared towards improving her conditioning. However, her athletic background and ability to learn quickly were noticed by Hanlin who presented the opportunity to compete in combat sports. In 2015, she competed in her first boxing match and compiled an impressive amateur record over the next few years. At 18, she was offered a chance to blend all the skills she had acquired since day one and compete in MMA. After a hard-fought win, Rana realized her potential to become a competitive combat sports athlete and went on to compete in the annual TBA-SA Muay Thai tournament, where she claimed the 2019 Class B Welterweight Title. In 2023, she began her formal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training under Alexandre Molinaro, climbing the ranks to third in the world at blue belt.
Rana’s competitive involvement in combat sports has enabled an everlasting passion for martial arts, health, and fitness. She fully believes in its ability to offer empowerment and personal growth for every individual, and is willing to help anyone who seeks to begin their journey.
